Improved User Flow Suggestion for Key2Cuba.com
It’s an exciting website with an exciting product and great pictures to prove it. But the booking process is very “early internet” and does not do the rest of the site justice.
Below I am proposing the experience in mock-ups that I would think improve the booking experience.
Proposed:
- Starting off at https://www.key2cuba.com/holidays
- Choosing “Book Now”
- choose your holiday
- see available dates
- click “Spring”.
- choose accommodation style
- see selected holiday dates
- click on “tell me more” and see more explanation
- Click on desired accommodation style to select.
- select extras
- see already selected dates and accommodation style
- tick desired extras
- click submit (forgot to add submit button> imagine it for now)
- inform of special requirements
- see already selected dates, accommodation style and extras
- click submit (forgot to add submit button> imagine it for now)
- Confirm booking
- Review selected holiday items
- Click “Submit”.
